Minor variations in handmade, engraved, printed, patterned, or personalized products are not necessarily considered defects.

Customers should review product measurements and size information carefully before placing an order.

3. Pet Product Use

Toybotix products are accessories and are not substitutes for responsible pet supervision.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct product and size for their pet.
  • Checking the fit before use.
  • Regularly inspecting products for wear or damage.
  • Discontinuing use if a product becomes damaged or unsafe.
  • Supervising pets when appropriate.
  • Ensuring identification and tracking accessories are securely attached.

No collar, buckle, bell, reflective feature, AirTag holder, or identification accessory can guarantee that a lost pet will be found or that all accidents will be prevented.

4. Personalization Information

Customers must provide accurate personalization details, including names, telephone numbers, custom text, spelling, capitalization, colors, and sizes.

Toybotix is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

We may adjust the layout, spacing, font size, or placement of personalized text when necessary to fit the available product area while preserving the submitted wording.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, cancel, or refund an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
  • Shipping restrictions.
  • Incomplete customer information.
  • Personalization requests that are unlawful, offensive, or technically impossible.
  • Errors affecting the website or checkout process.

If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.

Toybotix offers free worldwide standard shipping.

Our standard estimated delivery window is 7–10 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customization, carrier delays, customs inspections, incorrect addresses, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Products must meet the stated return conditions. Contact our support team before sending any item back.

10. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, logos, graphics, product descriptions, photographs, videos, icons, layouts, branding, and designs, are owned by Toybotix or used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without prior written authorization.
