Toybotix proudly offers free standard shipping to customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy explains our estimated delivery times, address requirements, tracking process, customs information, and procedures for delayed or missing shipments.

1. Free Worldwide Shipping

Standard shipping is provided free of charge for eligible orders delivered to supported destinations worldwide.

Optional expedited services, when available, may require an additional fee displayed during checkout.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 7–10 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • The destination country or region.
  • Product personalization or engraving.
  • Carrier processing.
  • Customs inspections.
  • Public holidays and peak shopping periods.
  • Severe weather or transportation disruptions.
  • Remote or restricted delivery locations.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

While we work to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

3. Personalized Order Preparation

Personalized and engraved collars may require preparation before shipment.

Customers are responsible for submitting correct names, telephone numbers, sizes, colors, and customization details. Orders may be delayed if information is missing or requires confirmation.

Once personalization has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Please review the confirmation carefully. Contact us immediately if you notice an error in the shipping address, product selection, size, color, or personalization information.

5. Shipping Addresses

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Recipient’s full name.
  • Street address.
  • Apartment or unit number when applicable.
  • City.
  • Province, state, or region.
  • Postal or ZIP code.
  • Country.
  • Valid telephone number when required by the carrier.

Toybotix is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.

6. Address Changes

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

Contact support@toybotix.space immediately if a correction is required. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, we may not be able to update the address.

7. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent by email after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may require additional time to become active after the carrier receives the parcel.

Some international shipping routes may provide limited tracking updates until the parcel reaches the destination country.

8. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately due to product availability, customization requirements, or fulfillment locations.

You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees when an order is divided into multiple shipments.

9. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be inspected by customs authorities.

Import duties, customs fees, local taxes, brokerage charges, or similar government charges are not shipping fees and may be collected separately by local authorities or carriers.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import-related charges unless otherwise stated during checkout.

10. Delivery Delays

Shipping delays may occur for reasons outside our reasonable control.

If your tracking information has not updated or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and assist you with the next steps.

11. Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost only after the carrier confirms the loss or after the applicable investigation period has passed.

Customers may be asked to:

  • Confirm the shipping address.
  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Check safe delivery locations.
  • Contact the local carrier or postal service.
  • Provide additional information for a carrier investigation.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost, Toybotix may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

12. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot find it:

  1. Check around the delivery location.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors.
  3. Review delivery notices.
  4. Contact the carrier.
  5. Contact Toybotix if the package remains missing.

Delivery scans may occasionally appear before the parcel is physically available, so please allow a short period before submitting a claim.

13. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Orders refused by the recipient or left unclaimed may be returned to the sender.

Any refund will be reviewed after the returned package is received. Customs fees, address correction fees, storage charges, or other carrier costs may be deducted when permitted.

14. Damaged Shipments

If a product arrives damaged, contact us promptly and include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographs of the damaged product.
  • Photographs of the external packaging.
  • Photographs of the shipping label.
  • A description of the issue.

Do not discard the packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
